Company Profile: DSCAlarm is
a private company located in upstate New York near the Capital,
Albany. The company was founded in 1984 by Donald W. Selee, Jr.,
then a corporate loss prevention investigator for the supermarket
chain, Price Chopper Inc., The Golub Corporation. During his
eleven year tenure in Loss Prevention, Mr. Selee noticed an opportunity
in the "Alarm and Security" side of the business to
establish a "Total" security company that could offer
the benefit of his expertise in loss prevention coupled with
the knowledge of the electronic security industry.
